To Whom It May Concern: Let me say up front that I am very hard to please, and that I have had some bad experiences with contractors. For that reason, I tend to have very little faith that any job will be completed to my satisfaction, in fact, I usually expect a contractor to do only part of what he promises to do. McFall Masonry has restored my faith. I met Dan McFall when I was interviewing contractors to find someone to build a stone wall in front of my house. This was no small project and the way the wall would look was as important as how well the wall was built. Dan immediately exhibited a superior knowledge to the other contractors I talked with, and he got the job. From the beginning, Dan communicated with me about his every move involving my wall. He and his crew showed up bright and early every day, and worked long hours. They were neat, courteous and considerate. Above all, they knew what they were doing and obviously cared about the final outcome of the project. Dan McFall is a craftsman from another time. We had McFall Masonry out to do some tuck pointing on our house and repairs to retaining walls. They did a great job and even fixed some bricks. The entire crew was great and did a great job cleaning up. They also put in a French drain behind a retaining wall for me and fully integrated it with my existing drainage system. Quality, detailed work. Dan and team built our custom firepit. It perfectly matches our existing brick. We had a minor issue pop up a few months after completing the job but they took care of it in less than 24 hours; they stand behind their work! Highly recommend. - Joe Riggs

McFall Masonry built our stone outdoor fireplace and grill enclosure about 15 years ago, and we called them back for a new project in July 2023 that included: rebuilding an outdoor stone patio bar, installing new (massive!) stone countertops and re-staining / sealing our stamped concrete patio area. We hired Mcfall Masonry to build an outdoor kitchen for my husband. We were impressed from the moment we met them. We had a vague idea of what we wanted and with planning and communication they brought our project to life. They worked with our timeline and budget, and were open and attentive to any changes we wanted to make. The crew that came to demo and build were professional and helpful. They continued with excellent communication and the project was so easy from beginning to end. They cleaned up beautifully and constantly checked that we were satisfied. They also were very careful that the fence was always closed for our dogs’ safety, seems like a small thing but we were worried and they took our worries seriously.
