Well it’s mid-November 2015. Most people are thinking about Thanksgiving and Christmas. Weather is changing of course here in Texas and although colder, most of the country in the East wouldn’t consider this very cold at all. However for us Texans, anything below 70 degrees is considered cold.
At McFall Masonry and Construction, we never stop working. Although our works load does kind of catch up and slow down a bit. We always must work! Of course if it’s an outdoor project (which most projects are) and if it’s raining, we cannot work. Just because we may have some ice or snow on the ground, or its simply cold outside, we still get out there and work. I can remember in my younger days kneeling on top of a roof, snow flurries against my back and neck, constructing a brick chimney. It’s just what we do, it’s part of the business of construction just like 110 degrees and humid is during August, which surely can happen.
Why do I mention these things? Because at McFall Masonry and Construction, we welcome your calls for an estimate on projects you are thinking about having completed. It is to your benefit to call us now, we realize that everyone has a budget; we realize that many potential customers are waiting for a tax return in a few months to take on some projects. We at McFall Masonry and Construction certainly do not advocate going into debt to have a new project completed, that’s a private concern. If you are thinking about it though and funds are there, think about now. This is the time of year that prices are a bit lower; this is the time of year for negotiating. Have you ever watched shows like Pawn Stars, negotiating back and forth with prices? Well, we welcome that! It’s that time of year and it does not last long, blink and the negotiating times will be over with. We do like to stay busy.
Please remember though, we can only go so low, our crews are paid top dollar, this is because we employ some of the best artistic tradesmen who are excellent, the best there are, at McFall Masonry and Construction we take on projects that are so completely custom, many in the construction trade simply are not skilled enough to even start the project. We also construct everything beyond code specs, whether permits are pulled or required, all things we build are built to last much longer than you’ll be in your home, decades long.
